How It Works
- Go to Sites > Chat Widget
- Create a New Chat Widget
- Choose from three options: SMS/Phone Chat, Live Chat, or WhatsApp Chat.
- Note: The current setup will become the default chat widget.
- Select the Chat Widget in Funnels or Website
- For WordPress, it will support the default chat widget.
