Introducing our new Bulk Edit Opportunities feature, designed to make updating multiple opportunities easier and more efficient.
What’s New?
- Bulk Selection: You can now select opportunities either individually or all at once.
- Multi-Field Updates: Easily update or clear fields like Pipeline Name, Stage, Owner, and custom fields across several opportunities simultaneously.
- Pipeline Management: Seamlessly move opportunities between pipelines without losing any information.
- Progress Monitoring: Track your bulk edits’ progress on the Bulk Actions page, where you can view success rates and any errors.
How it Works:
- Enable List View: Ensure List View for Opportunities is enabled.
- Access List View: Go to Opportunities > List View.
- Select Opportunities: Choose multiple opportunities and click Edit.
- Update Fields: Select the fields to update and enter the new information.
- Apply Changes: Click Confirm to apply your updates.
- Monitor Progress: Visit the Bulk Actions page to check the progress and review any errors.
Please Note: This feature is only available in List View. Make sure to enable it first.
