Boost your booking appeal with our new “Look Busy” feature. This tool helps create a sense of urgency by hiding a portion of available time slots on your booking widget, making your services appear in higher demand.
What’s New?
- Appear In Demand: The “Look Busy” feature allows you to hide a chosen percentage of available slots on your booking widget.
- Random Slot Selection: When enabled, a selected percentage of time slots will be randomly hidden. For example, if you have four time slots and set the feature to hide 50%, bookers might only see two available slots each day, with the specific times varying daily.
- Visible Slot Number: The number of visible slots remains constant until the actual number of slots available matches the number being shown. At that point, the widget displays the actual available slots.
- Calendar Compatibility: This feature works with Event, Round Robin, Collective, and Service calendars. It is not available for class bookings or service menus.
How it Works:
- Access Settings: Go to Calendar Settings and select your calendar.
- Set Availability: Navigate to the Availability tab.
- Enable “Look Busy”: Find and toggle on the “Look Busy” option.
- Set Percentage: Enter the percentage of slots you want to hide, then click Save.
