We’re excited to introduce Private Mode for synced events in Kraken CRM, which ensures your third-party calendar details stay confidential. With this new feature, only you can view your synced events, enhancing your privacy and security.
What’s New?
- Private Mode Activated: When enabled, only the user who connected the calendar can see the event details.
- Enhanced Privacy: Keeps your third-party calendar events private and secure from unauthorized access.
How It Works:
- Access the Feature:
- My Profile: Go to Settings, find Calendar Configuration, and toggle Private Mode on or off.
- Calendar Settings: Navigate to Calendar Settings > Connections, locate Private Mode, and adjust the setting as needed.
- Default Setting: Private Mode is enabled by default for all users, ensuring your synced events are only visible to you.
