- Targeted Data Views: Users will now see only their assigned data in widgets, thanks to the “Only Assigned Data” update.
- Clear Permissions Messaging: Widgets with restricted access will display a “Permission Required” message, preventing confusion.
- Automatic Filtering: The system automatically applies filters based on user permissions, making setup easier and more intuitive.
How It Works:
- Go to Settings: Navigate to Settings -> My Staff.
- Edit Profile: Find and edit the team member’s profile.
- Set Data Visibility: In Roles and Permissions, select “Only Assigned Data” for the Data Visibility Scope.
- Save Changes: Click Save to apply the new settings.
