Internal Chat Feature Released

We’re thrilled to announce the Internal Chat feature, designed to enhance private team communication within Kraken Business Suite™’s Conversations module. With Internal Chat, you can collaborate with your team without involving customers, keeping discussions private and on track. Whether coordinating responses, reviewing customer queries, or catching up on team updates, Internal Chat keeps your communication organized.

What’s New:

  • Private internal chats available within the Conversations module for real-time team collaboration.
  • Internal chats mirror regular conversations but are only visible to selected participants.
  • Features include messaging, emojis, attachments, subject setting for easy search, and adding team members to existing chats with selective history access.

How It Works:

  • Open the Conversations module, click ‘New,’ and select ‘Internal Chat.’
  • Add users and start the chat, sending messages, emojis, and attachments.
  • Use the top center panel to add a subject for organization.
  • Add more team members via ‘Add Users,’ and choose their access to past messages.
