We’ve made it simpler to view form submissions when dealing with appointments, reducing the need to switch between different areas.
What’s New:
– Forms Tab in Appointment Modals: If an appointment comes with a custom form submission, a new Forms tab will be available in the appointment modal.
– Consistent Layout: The submission appears in a structured format, similar to what you see in the Forms module.
– Universal Access: You’ll find quick access to form submissions from any section, like Contacts, Conversations, or Calendars, via the new Forms tab.
– Note on Default Forms: Submissions from the default booking form (containing just Name, Email, and Phone) are presently shown in the Contact Details, not in the Forms tab. An update to show these in the Forms tab is coming soon.
