With our latest update, you can now manage and track your estimates more efficiently by linking them directly to your deals. Here’s what’s new:
What’s New:
– Automatic Linking: When you create an estimate from an Opportunity’s Payments tab or through a workflow, it’s automatically linked back to that Opportunity.
– On-Screen Link Option: In the Payments tab, simply switch to Estimates, create an estimate, and choose the Opportunity to link.
– Workflow Automation: Add a Send Estimate action to any Opportunity-triggered workflow. The system will create, send, and link the estimate for you.
Why it Matters:
Easily generate and keep track of estimates within the same space where you manage your deals. This keeps all your estimates organized and integrated into your sales process.
How It Works:
Via Opportunities:
– Open an Opportunity → Payments → Actions Menu → Create estimate.
– You’ll be taken to the estimate screen with the Opportunity already linked.
Via Estimates:
– In the Payments Tab, select Estimates, and click Create estimate.
– Once in the estimate, select a contact and link it to the corresponding Opportunity.
