Previously, if a third-party calendar connected to your Kraken Business Suite™ account was deleted from the provider’s side, you would see an error message with no direct way to fix it. This meant reaching out to support for help.
What’s New:
- We’ve added a “Fix This” button directly on the error message.
- When Kraken Business Suite™ detects a missing calendar, click “Fix This” to open a window showing all deleted calendar instances and their previous connections.
- Easily remove these calendars with a single click using the “Remove Deleted Calendars” option.
