We’ve made it easier than ever to manage notes across your Kraken Business Suite™ platform.

What’s New:

  • Appointment notes are shared across your Contacts, Opportunities, and Conversations.
  • Choose to view notes based on how they were created: by your team, via automated workflows, or through API.
  • Real-time syncing ensures your notes are always up-to-date everywhere.

Coming Soon: A rich text editor will allow you to format your notes with bold, italics, links, and more!

Why it matters:

This update provides a consistent and streamlined experience, allowing notes to follow each contact for enhanced visibility and context. Filtering by note source simplifies tracking and auditing.

How it works:

  1. Add a note in any Appointment.
  2. The note automatically appears in all related tabs linked to the contact.
  3. Filter notes by their creation source: User, Workflow, or API.
  4. Enjoy instant syncing for complete team visibility.

Important: Notes created in Appointments sync with the associated contact, but notes added directly to a contact do not sync back to appointments.
