Now you can improve the chances of your calls being answered by using a number with the same area code as the person you’re calling.
What’s New:
- Automatically calls from a number with the same area code as the contact, increasing trust.
- If the exact area code isn’t available, a nearby local number will be used.
- Supports area codes from the USA and Canada.
Why it Matters:
When you call contacts using a number from their local area code, they’re more likely to trust the call and pick it up. This simple update can lead to better communication and higher answer rates.
How it Works:
- Contact the Friendly Kraken™ team via support if you’d like to activate this feature.
- Go to Account settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Call >Outbound Call.
- Select Local Presence Dialing for outgoing calls.
- If no local number matches, your default account number will be used as a backup.
