You can now easily add and manage customer reviews that were collected offline or from sources not integrated with Kraken Business Suite™. This feature helps you consolidate all your feedback in one place.
What’s New:
- Add Reviews Manually: Enter customer details, review ratings, text, date, and platform/source for offline or non-integrated reviews. Attach profile pictures and photos.
- Bulk Upload via CSV: Import multiple reviews quickly with our CSV uploader. It includes a downloadable template and validation checks for smooth importing.
- Unified Review Display: Manually added reviews now sit alongside integrated ones in your Reputation tab. Filter by source and display platform labels like Checkatrade or No Platform.
- Showcase in Widgets: Display these reviews in your widgets, combining them with fetched reviews in layouts like List, Grid, or Carousel.

How it works:
To use this feature, reach out to our team via a support ticket. Once enabled, add manual reviews under Reputation → Reviews → Add Reviews.
