We’ve made updates to the filtering system in Kraken Business Suite™ to make it more consistent and easier to use. Previously, filters had different behaviors and some options were missing. Now, we’ve standardized filters across all data types to improve your experience.
What’s New:
- Added new date filter options: today, tomorrow, yesterday, this week, this quarter, this year, before date, and after date.
- Standardized how string filters work for consistency.
- Introduced DND suffix for SMS, email, calls, and WhatsApp for better filtering.
- Renamed “Pipeline” filters to “Opportunity” for clarity.
- Enhanced email and WhatsApp status filters for more precise results.
- Improved numeric field filters with more options.
