Merge Contacts Without Losing a Single File or Lifting a Finger

We’ve improved how you merge duplicate contacts. Now, when you combine contacts, any documents from duplicate contacts will automatically move to the main contact. This makes the process smoother and more efficient.

What’s New:

  • Documents from duplicate contacts are automatically moved to the main contact during a merge.
  • All files remain accessible in the main contact’s record.
  • No need to manually re-upload or track documents after merging.

How it works:

  • Go to the contacts section.
  • Select the contacts you want to merge.
  • Choose the main contact.
  • Complete the merge as usual.
  • Check the documents section of the main contact to see all combined files.
