Managing opportunities just got easier. You can now create Opportunity Smart Lists to save customized views with your preferred filters, sorting, and visible fields. This means you can reuse these views anytime without setting them up again, allowing teams to quickly switch between the views they use most.

- Opportunity Smart Lists inside Opportunities
- Save your preferred filters, sort order, and visible fields
- Create Smart Lists in Board view or List view
- Choose where a Smart List appears: all pipelines or selected ones
- Set a Smart List as the default view for specific pipelines

How It Works:
If you would like your Kraken team to turn this feature on for you, please reach out to our team via a support ticket. Go to Opportunities and create a new Smart List in Board or List view. Apply your filters, sorting, and fields, then choose which pipelines it should appear in. Name and save the Smart List to use it anytime for editing, sharing, exporting, or duplicating.
