Create or update a Contact in Kraken Business Suite™, and it will automatically find and link the right existing Company. If no suitable Company is found, a new one is created with its domain, name, and logo.

New unique Company Domain Name field.
Automatically associate Contacts with Companies when email domains match.

Why it matters:
For B2B businesses, Contacts should automatically be linked to the correct Company. This update ensures that Company data organizes itself, reducing manual work and keeping information accurate.
How it works:
When a Contact is created or their email is updated, Kraken Business Suite™ checks for an existing Company. If a match is found, the Contact is linked. If no match exists, a new Company is created and enriched.
