Answer IVR Calls on Deskphones

You can now answer Interactive Voice Response (IVR) calls right on your deskphone. This update allows you to handle more call types with ease, expanding your communication capabilities at your fingertips.

What’s New:

– Answer IVR calls directly using your deskphone.

– No configuration needed for normal call processes on your deskphone.

Why it Matters:

Previously, IVR calls were not accessible on deskphones, limiting how you could handle specific call types. With this change, managing your calls becomes more streamlined and efficient, saving you time and effort.

How it Works:

1. Go to Account settings.

2. Navigate to My Staff.

3. Edit profile and select Call & Voicemail settings.

4. Set the Default Channel for IVR.

Please note, transferring IVR calls is not available yet. Expect this feature in a few months.
