What’s New:
A new setting to generate submission documents is available in the Settings for Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes.
Each new submission automatically generates a well-formatted PDF.
Includes all questions and responses, plus submission details like date, time, and contact info.
Documents are stored under Contacts → Documents
PDFs are linked to the submitting contact and can be viewed or downloaded.
Works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile.
Why it matters:
This update makes it easy to keep a professional record of all submissions, ensuring you have organized, accessible documents for every form, survey, or quiz interaction.
How it works:
Go to the settings for a Form, Survey, or Quiz.
Turn the Generate submission document option ON.
New submissions will automatically generate and store a PDF.
Access these documents anytime in the contact’s Documents section.
If the setting is OFF, no PDFs will be created. PDFs are named consistently and organized by type. Existing submissions won’t generate PDFs; this applies only to new ones after enabling the setting.
