We’re enhancing how you manage document privacy and access within Kraken Business Suite™. These updates give you more control over how documents are shared, aligning with your security needs and building trust in your workflows.
What’s New:
- Generate document links with different access options:
- Public link – Open to anyone with the link
- Private link – Only for authorized users
- One-time code link – Access via a code sent to the contact’s email
- Password-protected link – Secured with a user-defined passcode
- Set expiration dates for links
- Control document downloads
- View document access history for better auditing
Why it matters:
This update enhances your ability to share documents securely, ensuring that sensitive information is protected according to your needs. It helps you meet client expectations and maintain trust by aligning with internal security policies.
How it works:
The default setting for document links will be private, unless changed during sharing. If you would like your Kraken team to turn this feature on for you, please reach out to our team via a support ticket.
