Enhanced Document Tracking and History

We’re excited to introduce new features to streamline document management within Kraken CRM. Now, tracking the history and status of your documents is easier and more efficient than ever.

What’s New?

  • Complete Document History: Easily view the entire history of a document—from when it was sent to when it was signed.
  • Quick Status Insights: Hover over the contact icon to instantly see the last time the document was viewed and any required user actions.

How it Works:

  1. Access Documents: Open the Documents and Contracts section.
  2. Check Document Status: Scroll through the dashboard to find your document’s status.
  3. Hover for Quick Info: Hover over customer icons to see the last action time, tags, and current user status.
  4. View Detailed Logs: Click on the three dots and select ‘View History’ to see a detailed log of all document actions.
