We’ve updated the Contact Page in Kraken Business Suite™ to make accessing opportunities easier and faster. You’ll notice a more intuitive layout designed for better visibility and user experience.
What’s New:
- Opportunities have moved to a standalone tab on the right panel.
- Located below Associations for easy discovery.
- Opportunities can temporarily be accessed in two places: under Actions and on the right panel.
Why it matters:
This update ensures you can quickly find and manage opportunities without navigating through complex menus. It simplifies your workflow and enhances productivity by providing a clear and focused view.
How it works:
To access opportunities, go to a contact record. You’ll find a dedicated Opportunities tab on the right panel below Associations. For now, you can also access it through the Actions menu. By April 8, 2026, opportunities will only be available on the right panel. We’re also working on allowing you to customize the contact layout according to your preferences.
