We’ve made changes to help you keep track of your conversations more easily. Now, it’s simpler and more intuitive to see what’s unread and follow the timeline of any conversation.
What’s New:
- Real-Time Unread Counter:
- You can now see how many unread conversations you have in each inbox.
- This number updates instantly as conversations come in or are marked read or unread.
- The count stays visible even if you’re looking at different tabs in your inbox.
- Standardized Date Format:
- Dates in your Conversations page now all look the same.
- We use the format MMM-dd (e.g., Jan 5) for easy, clear recognition.

These enhancements provide you with a more organized and straightforward experience, allowing you to track your conversations without confusion or disruption.
