Introducing Call Scripts in the Web Dialer

Enhance the productivity and consistency of your calling agents by providing them easy-to-follow Call Scripts directly within the web dialer.

What’s New:

– Navigate to your Account Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings to create Call Scripts.

– Only Admins and Account Admins can create Call Scripts.

– Non-admins can still use the scripts while on a call.

Why it matters:

This feature streamlines your calling process, ensuring that all agents deliver a consistent message, improving efficiency and productivity.

How it works:

– During a call, click on “Scripts” in the web dialer and select the desired script to guide your conversation.

Currently, this feature is available in our Labs section. If you would like your Kraken team to activate this feature for you, please reach out to our team via a support ticket.

Device Support:

Right now, Call Scripts are only available on the web dialer. Mobile app support is coming soon.
