Why it matters:
This update provides a consistent and streamlined experience, allowing notes to follow each contact for enhanced visibility and context. Filtering by note source simplifies tracking and auditing.
How it works:
- Add a note in any Appointment.
- The note automatically appears in all related tabs linked to the contact.
- Filter notes by their creation source: User, Workflow, or API.
- Enjoy instant syncing for complete team visibility.
Important: Notes created in Appointments sync with the associated contact, but notes added directly to a contact do not sync back to appointments.
