Save, Share, and Reuse Your Perfect Company Lists Without Starting Over

Managing companies just got more flexible. You can now create Company Smart Lists to save your customized company view with preferred filters, sorting, and visible fields, allowing you to reuse that list anytime without setting it up again.

  • Company Smart Lists added inside Companies
  • Save your preferred: advanced filters, sort order, and visible fields
  • Duplicate an existing Smart List to create another version
  • Export Smart List results to CSV
  • Share Smart Lists with all users or selected users
  • Provide shared users with view or edit access
  • Copy and share a direct link to a Smart List
  • Save updates back to the same Smart List or as a new one
  • Manage Smart Lists on one page to review all in one place

Why it matters:

This update reduces repetitive setup for teams working with companies. It makes it easier to return to the exact lists you use most and helps standardize account lists across users. Sharing important filtered lists is now much simpler.

How it works:

If you would like your Kraken team to turn this Beta feature on for you, please reach out to our team via a support ticket. Once activated, go to Contacts → Companies and click on + List. Apply your desired filters, sorting, and fields, name the Smart List, and save it. Reopen anytime to edit, share, export, or duplicate.
