See Every SMS That Matters Without Leaving Your Dashboard

A new SMS section is now available in the Dashboard widget panel. Just like Email widgets, but for SMS. It includes five ready-to-use widgets to help you track your SMS activity effectively.

What’s New:

  • Dedicated SMS section in Dashboards
  • Five widgets: SMS by status, Incoming SMS count, SMS by source type, SMS by sender, SMS volume over time
  • Fully configurable widgets with filters
  • SMS available as a dimension in Custom Metrics

Why it matters:

Get a complete view of your messaging activity. SMS data now sits alongside Emails and Calls on your dashboard, allowing you to track all communication channels in one place. Easily check the status of your messages and understand the source and volume of your SMS traffic.

How it works:

To add an SMS widget, open any dashboard, click Edit Dashboard, then + Add Widget. Scroll to the new SMS section, choose a widget, configure filters and chart type, and click Save Changes.

All widgets support filtering by status, direction, source, and sender for precise data segmentation. This feature is available on all plans with Dashboards & Reporting.
