We’ve improved how appointments are organized in the Contacts and Conversations tabs to help you quickly see what’s next and what just happened. Now, appointments are sorted in a way that makes it easier to manage your interactions.
What’s New:
- Upcoming Appointments: Sorted by the nearest date first. The soonest appointment will be at the top.
- Past Appointments: Sorted by the most recent date first. The latest completed appointment will appear first.
- Quick Access to Details: View appointment details directly from the Appointments tab for easier review and action.
Why it matters:
This update helps you identify upcoming appointments easily and surfaces the most recent interactions first. It reduces the time spent searching through appointment history and creates a more intuitive experience for managing conversations and follow-ups.
How it works:
