We’ve streamlined the voicemail feature in Kraken Business Suite™ with a dedicated Voicemail tab in the web dialer. Now, you can easily search, listen, and respond.
What’s New:
- Voicemail Tabs:
- For Me: Voicemails intended specifically for you.
- All: Every voicemail in the account (access based on permissions).
- Search Function: Search voicemails by phone number.
- Voicemail Details: See contact name (if available), phone number, source, timestamp, duration, audio playback, and transcription.
- Quick Actions: Instantly call back, send SMS, or open a contact’s profile for more information.
Why It Matters:
This update makes managing voicemails more efficient. With searchable lists and easy-to-use quick actions, you can stay on top of your messages and respond promptly.
How It Works:
- Open the dialer in your account, then click on Voicemail.
- Check the For Me tab for your voicemails and All for others you have access to.
- Click on a voicemail for playback and transcription.
- Quickly call or message back, or check the contact’s profile for further details.
- Use the search bar for specific number queries.
