We’ve introduced a helpful new alert to ensure you never miss a meeting due to a missing location or link. Now, you can be notified if an appointment doesn’t have a defined meeting place or link.
What’s New:
- Smart Notifications for Missing Location or Link: Get a notification whenever an appointment is created without a location. Notifications can be sent via email or in-app, according to your preferences.
- Respects User Preferences: Notifications are sent only if you’ve enabled them in your notification settings.
- Identify Impacted Meetings: Receive alerts for every appointment without location details, so you can address them in time.
- Configurable Settings: Manage your preferences under Settings › My Staff › Select Staff › Notification Settings › Calendar Notifications › “Notify when meeting link/location is missing”. Supported channels: Email and In-App.
Why It Matters:
- Prevents No-Shows: Avoid last-minute issues due to missing meeting locations.
- Detects Integration Issues: Identify and fix failed integrations quickly.
- User Control: Notifications are sent only to those who opt in.
