We’ve made it easier to manage your Smart Lists and Restore options by relocating them to a more intuitive spot. Starting January 29, 2025, these options are now found in the actions menu next to the “Add Contact” button, simplifying your contact management experience.
What’s New:
- UI Update: Manage Smart Lists and Restore options are now in the actions menu (⋮) adjacent to the “Add Contact” button.
- User Guidance: An informational message will be displayed until February 15, 2025, to help you adjust: “The ‘Manage Smart Lists’ & ‘Restore’ menu options have moved — find them under the actions menu (⋮) next to the ‘Add Contact’ button.”
Why it Matters:
This update reduces clutter in the main header, allowing you to focus on important tasks without distraction. It also aligns with modern CRM list-view practices for a more consistent user experience.
How it Works:
1. Go to Contacts > SmartLists.
2. Click the three-dot (⋮) actions menu next to the “Add Contact” button.
3. Select “Manage Smart Lists” or “Restore” from the menu.
