Track Rescheduled Appointments for Better Insights

You can now see rescheduled appointments in your Kraken Business Suite™ dashboards and reports. This update gives you deeper insights into how your scheduling is going.

What’s New:

  • A “Rescheduled” filter in appointment dashboard widgets.
  • A new column for rescheduled status in Granular Insights.
  • A new column for rescheduled status in table widgets.
  • A new chart titled “Top 5 Calendars with Reschedules” on the Appointment Reporting page.

How It Works:

  1. Appointment Reporting: Visit the Appointment Reporting page to find the “Top 5 Calendars with Reschedules” chart.
  2. Dashboards: Edit any appointment widget and apply the Rescheduled filter under the Conditions tab. Save your changes.

Why It Matters:

This feature helps you quickly see which calendars have the most rescheduled appointments. Knowing this can help you spot trends, streamline scheduling, and improve your customer experience.
