What’s New:

  • Customizable contact detail page layouts.
  • Create up to 5 different views per Account.
  • Assign views to specific users or groups.
  • Choose between 2-panel or 3-panel layouts.
  • Configure modules as tabs or dropdowns.
  • Reorder modules with drag and drop.
  • Enhanced contact card with key details like email and phone.
  • Show/hide custom fields as needed.

Why It Matters:

Previously, everyone used the same contact layout, which didn’t fit all needs. Now, you can:

  • Customize views based on roles.
  • Highlight important information.
  • Reduce clutter by hiding unnecessary fields.
  • Boost productivity with tailored layouts.

How It Works:

  • Go to Contacts > Settings > Customize contact detail view.
  • Create and configure your custom views.
  • Design layouts by rearranging modules and choosing panel structures.
  • Assign views to users or groups.
  • Users will see their assigned layout when accessing contacts.
