We’ve made some changes to the Conversations interface in Kraken Business Suite™ to make your daily tasks easier. These updates focus on improving bulk actions and internal comments for a smoother experience.
What’s New:
- Bulk Select Flow Improvement: Bulk actions are now at the top, allowing you to view and select conversations simultaneously. Selections remain even if you click elsewhere, making the process smoother.
- Internal Comment – Faster Access: Internal comments can now be added with a single click within the composer, allowing quick switching between customer replies and internal notes.

How it works:
With bulk actions at the top, you can select multiple conversations without losing your place. The new internal comment feature lets you seamlessly switch between tasks, enhancing your workflow.
