We’ve made some important updates to how your emails sync with Kraken CRM™ when connected to your personal Gmail account. These changes aim to improve privacy and ensure that only relevant emails are synced to your CRM.
What’s New?
- Improved Privacy: Emails sent or received by system users who are also CRM contacts will no longer sync.
- Selective Syncing: Emails will only sync if they include at least one contact who is not a system user. For example, if an email is sent to three recipients, with two being system users and one not, the email will sync.
How it Works
- Connect your personal Gmail to Kraken CRM™ with 2-way sync as usual.
- Emails involving only system users will remain private and will not sync to the CRM, even if they’re CRM contacts.
- Emails involving at least one non-system user contact will sync to the CRM.
