- Visit Website: Direct users to your website with a single click.
- Personalized Website Links: Customize “Visit Website” buttons with dynamic links for each customer.
- Call Phone Number: Allow users to call a specified phone number directly from the message.
- Copy Offer Code: Users can easily copy promotional codes or offer details for convenient redemption.
- Marketing Opt-Out: Let users opt out of marketing messages, ensuring compliance with WhatsApp regulations.
- Text Formatting: Use bold, italics, strikethrough, and monospace to emphasize information, highlight key points, show edits, and format code snippets.
How It Works
- Go to Settings > WhatsApp > Templates.
- Click Create Template > Add Button.
- Select the type of CTA button you wish to add: Quick Reply, Visit Website, Personalized Website Link, Call Phone Number, Copy Offer Code, or Marketing Opt-Out.
