Enhance your communication with clients using our enhanced Chat Widget that now supports business office hours in live chat.
What’s New:
– Access the Chat Widget: Go to Sites > Chat Widget in Kraken CRM™.
– Choose “Live chat” as the type of chat widget.
– Customize office hours in the Chat Window tab using the Business Office Hour Setup.
– Set personalized welcome messages for outside office hours; default message is “We are currently offline.”
– Define multiple, non-overlapping office hour ranges from Sunday to Saturday.
– Easily copy time settings across multiple days for convenience.
– The timezone reflects your business location.
Why it matters:
This update ensures that client interactions are timely and relevant by indicating availability. It helps maintain professional communication even when offline.
How it works:
When the business office hours align with the user’s timezone, a welcome message from the Live Chat Welcome Message field is shown. Outside office hours, users are prompted to fill out a contact form. Once submitted, the chat session closes.
