What’s New:
– You can now choose the number you want to send messages from.
– If your contact has multiple numbers, select the specific one you wish to message.
– Easily switch numbers using a dropdown menu that shows available options.
– Default and last used numbers are clearly marked.
– Admins can access all account numbers, while users see default, assigned, and last used numbers.
Why it Matters:
Choosing the right number for your communication can improve clarity and avoid confusion. Using local numbers can also increase trust and response rates. This feature is perfect for businesses operating in multiple countries or using different numbers for various services.
How it Works:
– While sending an SMS, use the dropdown to select the number.
– If your contact has several numbers, you can choose which one to message.
– The system will automatically select the last used number, or the default if there’s no previous conversation.
