Introducing Group Chat

We’re excited to introduce the Group Chat feature in Kraken CRM™. This addition allows you to send a single group SMS conversation to multiple contacts simultaneously. Ideal for keeping everyone informed, whether you’re coordinating real estate deals, sharing updates, or making decisions, Group Chat will enhance your collaboration and efficiency.

What’s New:

– Start group SMS conversations using LeadConnector phone numbers from the US or Canada.

– Works like group SMS on your phone, with up to 10 participants, including yourself.

– All participants can send and receive messages within the group.

How it Works:

– Navigate to the Conversations section, click on Create a new message, and select Group Message.

– Choose your phone number and add participants (primary or secondary contact numbers).

– Click Create Group to send your message. All replies within the group are visible to everyone.

– View group participants from the top bar or right panel.

– Messages are delivered to the original contact numbers even if changes occur.

– Check message status for delivery, sent, or failed outcomes.

Access:

– Users can create/view chats with their assigned contacts.

– Admins can access all numbers in the location.

– Streamlines messaging, reducing individual texts, and keeping conversations organized.

– Real-time engagement is possible as all participants stay informed and can contribute instantly.
