We’re excited to introduce the Social Planner to the Kraken CRM mobile app! Now, you can easily connect your favorite social accounts, create and customize posts, and schedule or publish them—all from your phone. The Social Planner is available on your mobile app if you request this update.

What’s New:

– Social Media Platforms: Now supports Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

– Easy Connection: Connect new or existing social accounts directly in the app.

– View Options: Choose from Monthly, Weekly, or List views to manage your posts.

– Post Management: Create, edit, or delete posts and customize with options per platform (e.g., Facebook).

– Advanced Features: Assign categories, add tags, include media files, and schedule posts. Save drafts for later.
