Enhance your calling experience with Kraken Business Suite™ by integrating your VoIP desk phone. You can now make and receive calls, and use additional features seamlessly with your desk phone always connected to your CRM.

How it Works:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > VoIP Deskphone (SIP).
  2. Set up your SIP user and device.
  3. Test your desk phone to ensure it’s functioning correctly.
  4. Manage your SIP devices whenever necessary.
