Now you can attach up to 4 photos per line item on an estimate. Your customers will see image thumbnails under each item and can click to view them in a full-screen gallery. You can select images from Media Storage or upload new ones, and these images can be reused anytime.

With clear visuals, your clients can make quicker decisions and there’s less chance of disputes over details like specifications, condition, or finish. This feature allows you to display options such as color, model, or serial numbers directly next to the price.
How It Works:
- Navigate to Payments → Invoices & Estimates → Estimates → New Estimate.
- Add your product or service line.
- Click “Upload Images” and choose from Media Storage or upload new images. Insert a maximum of 4 images per item.
- Send the estimate. Customers will see the images under the item, and they can view the gallery by clicking.
