We’ve expanded our chat widget capabilities with Facebook Chat and Instagram Chat as standalone options in Kraken Business Suite™. Now, your website visitors can directly connect with you via Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM for real-time conversations on their preferred platform.
What’s New:
New Chat Widget Types:
- Facebook Chat: Redirects visitors to Facebook Messenger.
- Instagram Chat: Routes visitors to Instagram DMs.
Facebook Chat Setup:
- Choose a connected Facebook Page within the widget settings.
- Option to connect a new Facebook Page if none are linked.
Instagram Chat Setup:
- Select from connected Instagram accounts.
- Option to connect a new Instagram account if needed.
Updated Connection Modal:
- View and select from available Facebook or Instagram Pages.
- Connect additional pages directly in the setup process.
