What’s New:
- New Notification for Followers: A new setting lets you get notified about new messages in conversations you follow.
- Default Notification Behavior: In-app notifications are on by default for followers. You can choose to enable email and SMS notifications.
Why it Matters:
Before, only conversation owners received notifications for new messages. Followers had to manually check, which could lead to missed updates. Now, followers stay informed in real time, improving response efficiency.
