See Every Opt-In and Opt-Out Without Leaving the Conversation View

We’ve enhanced how contact preference updates are tracked in the Kraken Business Suite™. Now, whenever there’s a change in communication preferences, it’s logged directly in the Conversations area. This means you can see updates without leaving the conversation view.

How it works:

Whenever a contact or a user updates communication preferences, a log is automatically created in the Conversations section. This feature is part of a broader effort to improve how you track and manage contact interactions.
