Introducing a new feature that allows you to accept tips on your invoices! This update lets service businesses collect additional payments and reward top performers, adding flexibility and value to your invoicing process.

- Tip Acceptance: Configure and accept tips directly on invoices.
- Flexible Payments: Customers can pay a percentage of the total amount or a custom amount of their choice.
- Comprehensive Coverage: This feature applies to one-time invoices, recurring invoices, invoices from workflows, documents, and contracts.
- Global and Per-Invoice Settings: Configure tips at both the global level and per invoice.
- Full Refunds: Option to refund the entire invoice amount, including tips.
How it Works:
- Go to Settings > Invoices > Payment Settings > Invoice Tips, enable and save.
- Navigate to the Invoices Tab.
- Click Create New Invoice or Create New Recurring Invoice.
- Click the three dots at the top and select Manage Tips.
- Choose your preferred percentage options, and you’re all set to start sending and accepting tips!
