We’ve simplified the process of assigning signature fields in your document and contract templates. Admins can now directly assign these fields to any team member, ensuring the right person signs when needed.
What’s New:
- Admins can access the entire staff list within document templates.
- Signature fields can be assigned to any team member, improving document workflows.
Why it matters:
This update allows Admins to assign the correct signatories, enhancing flexibility and efficiency for teams. It reduces reliance on just the “Sender” or “Contact,” offering a more streamlined document workflow.
How it works:
- Go to Templates and create or edit a template.
- Add a Signature or other fillable field.
- In the Properties panel, click “To be signed by.”
- Select the necessary team member from the complete staff list and save.
