You can now directly reach any teammate with a deskphone by dialing their extension. For instance, if a teammate’s extension is 3001, just dial 3001 to connect directly from your deskphone.
What’s New:
- Initiate calls to colleagues directly through deskphone extensions.
- Currently available only for deskphones.
