Calendar: Add Notes Per Appointment

You can now add and track notes for individual appointments within Kraken CRM™. These notes can be added, seen, and adjusted in the Appointment Modal and will appear in the Notes section under the Contacts & Conversations tab. Additionally, notes from linked third-party calendars like Google or Outlook will sync automatically. Responses in the “Additional Information” field of the booking form will also appear in these notes.

Why it Matters:

This update simplifies appointment management by keeping all relevant notes in one place. It helps you stay organized and ensures that you have all important information at your fingertips.

How it Works:

– Go to the Appointment Modal and click on the Notes Tab.

– Click “Add Note,” enter your information, and save it.

– Notes include the contributor’s name and a timestamp.

– Edit or delete notes whenever necessary.
