Companies Module

We’ve improved the Companies feature in Kraken Business Suite™, making it more user-friendly and adaptable. Now, you have more control over your company records for easier data access and streamlined workflows.

What’s New:

  • Custom Fields: Easily add, edit, and update custom fields to tailor company records to fit your business needs.
  • Field Management: Choose which fields to display for a streamlined List View.
  • Advanced Filters and Sorting: Apply filters and sort records by fields like Name, City, or any custom criteria.
  • Enhanced Search: Locate companies using standard or custom fields.

Why it Matters:

These updates allow for more flexibility in managing your business information, simplify your daily tasks, and give you quick access to the data that matters most.

How it Works:

  • Go to Contacts, click Companies.
  • Use “Manage Fields” to adjust visible columns.
  • Open “Advanced Filters” to set criteria for filtering.
  • Sort records by selecting a field in the List View.
  • Search using the search bar across all fields.
  • Add new fields via Settings > Custom Fields.
  • Enjoy upgraded Tasks and Notes panes with filtering, sorting, and search options.
