Multiple Meeting Locations

Now you can enhance your scheduling experience by adding multiple meeting locations to your calendar settings. This allows bookers to choose their preferred meeting spot—making scheduling more convenient and personalized.

  • Expanded Options: Configure multiple meeting locations.
  • Booking Flexibility: Bookers can now choose their preferred meeting location directly from the booking widget.
  • Enhanced Customization: Tailor each appointment by selecting the most suitable meeting spot.

How to Use

  1. Access Calendar Settings: Navigate to your calendar settings.
  2. For Event Calendar: Scroll to the meeting location section.
  3. For Round Robin Calendar: Navigate to the team members section.
  4. Add Locations: Click on “+Add Location” to include your desired meeting spots.
  5. Save Changes: Save your settings once you’ve added all locations.

Important Notes

  • Multiple meeting locations can only be configured for Event Calendars and Round Robin Calendars with one team member.
  • This feature is supported only for default forms, not custom forms.
